3.3. “Love Is Halaal” cannot guarantee successful communication with other members.

4. Payments

4.1. All payments are conducted through our payment gateways, and will be in accordance with their terms and conditions, which can be made available to you at your request.

4.2. Payments are required to purchase memberships, which allow you to interact with other members.

4.3. “Love Is Halaal” will not issue any refunds, especially for disputes pertaining to clause 3.2 and 3.3

4.4. Should you decide to terminate your membership, please note that there will be no refund for any remaining prorated duration of your membership.

5.1. While “Love Is Halaal” will make every effort to ensure the 24/7 availability of the website, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Additionally, temporary access disruptions may occur for maintenance purposes or due to internet or system issues.

5.2. “Love Is Halaal” retains the exclusive right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to block or remove any offensive or inaccurate communication or information from its website. This pertains to any content that is reasonably believed to contravene applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties (including material that is explicit, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, likely to incite hatred, menacing, blasphemous, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights). 11.2. “Love Is Halaal” does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user profiles or the success of any matches.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. “Love Is Halaal” will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 All intellectual property rights, encompassing rights granted by statute, common law, and equity related to copyright, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and/or designs (both registered and unregistered) in relation to:

(a) In this section, “Force Majeure Event” refers to events beyond the control of “Love Is Halaal,” such as strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.

(b) “Love Is Halaal” is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to a Force Majeure Event.

(c) If a Force Majeure Event prevents services from being provided for 14 days or more, either party can terminate the agreement with immediate effect through written notice, without the right to claim compensation.
